Privacy Policy

RampBrain ("we", "us") helps engineering teams turn their knowledge into onboarding plans and answers. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We keep it short and plain.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email, and company/workspace name.
• Content you connect or upload: documents, repository files, messages, and interview answers you choose to ingest.
• Usage data: basic logs (e.g. queries made, errors) to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

Solely to provide the service: to generate onboarding plans, answer questions, extract knowledge, and keep your workspace current. We do not use your content for advertising.

AI processing

To generate results, your content is processed by third-party AI subprocessors (currently Google's Gemini API). We send only what is needed to produce your output. We do not sell your content or use it to build profiles about you.

Storage & security

• Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
• Connector access tokens are encrypted at rest.
• Each workspace is isolated; your data is never mixed with another company's.
• Data is stored with reputable infrastructure providers (hosting and a managed PostgreSQL database).

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share it only with the subprocessors required to run the service (our AI provider, hosting, and error-monitoring), and where legally required.

Retention & deletion

You can delete any document, source, or your entire workspace at any time. To request full deletion of your account and data, email us and we'll remove it promptly.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email us to make a request.

We'll update this page if our practices change and revise the date above.
