Why we exist
For the first time, AI is good enough to run real operational work. The thing standing in the way isn't the models anymore — it's the knowledge. How your team actually handles a refund, responds to an incident, or approves a discount lives in scattered docs and a few people's heads. An AI can answer a question about it; it can't safely do it.

RampBrain is our answer to that. We turn a company's scattered knowledge into executable, grounded skills an AI agent runs — and we do it safely: the agent acts only on documented rules, refuses to guess when it hits a gap, and stops for a human's approval before anything happens.
What RampBrain actually is
It's not a chatbot over your documents — that's table stakes. RampBrain compiles any policy into a grounded SKILL.md — decisions, steps, and guardrails, each traced to a source — that an AI agent loads and actually executes. Refunds and incidents ship as showcases; everything else, you compile from your own policies.

Who's building it
I'm Jay Gautam, a final-year computer science student, and I'm building RampBrain in the open. I kept seeing the same thing everywhere: the knowledge that actually runs a team lives in a few people's heads, so every refund, every incident, every approval waits on whoever remembers the rule — and one resignation can take years of know-how out the door.
RampBrain is my attempt to fix that: turn what a team already knows into skills an AI agent can safely act on, always under a human's sign-off. I read every piece of feedback personally.
Where we are — honestly
RampBrain is early. It's live and free to try, the core engine works end to end across multiple domains, and it's measured — not just claimed. What it doesn't have yet is a long list of logos, because we're at the stage of finding the first few teams to build alongside.
